Task
Our client wanted us to create a platform that could act as a one-stop solution for finding the dream house or dream property for people in the easiest manner and earliest possible time.
Approach
We built a system that creates a real-time synchronization between buyers and sellers by pre-recording all their requirements so that the process of buying and selling the property could be made fast track.

While the Listing loop has made it super easy for people to find their dream houses, the real estate agencies have experienced manifold growth in business due to this intuitive platform.
The Solution
In order to streamline the entire communication regarding the buying and selling of off-market properties, we have created different apps for different stakeholders, which are as follows.
Buyer app
The buyer app allows the customers to view and get real-time notifications every time a property of interest is listed.
Agency App
The agency app allows real estate agencies to list all their properties as well as communicate with their potential buyers. They can unlock complete info about the buyers using a subscription-based or commission-based pricing model.
Admin app
The admin app allows the management of Buyers and sellers using the Listing loop application.
Private seller
Private seller app has been designed for a private seller to list properties and carry on the corresponding conversation with the buyers.
We have incorporated numerous third-party integrations to help real estate agencies import all their properties and details from their existing CRM to the Listing loop easily.
