Task

iBAG wanted us to create a system which made their dry cleaning service management easy and efficient for them as well as for their customers. The idea was to develop a solution that could save time, bring transparency in operations and reduce the scope of human errors.

Approach

We devised a completely automated mobile app to manage all dry cleaning operations from the palm of the hand for customers as well as owners. This app allowed seamless communication through features like online orders, garment care specifications, updates on status, pickup and delivery information, online invoices, and monthly payment records.

For the business owner, we created a web admin portal from which they managed all business operations from processing laundry requests, assigning pickup and deliveries as well as providing status updates.

Customer app

We built a hybrid customer app through which customers could make dry cleaning service requests, receive notifications on service and delivery status as well as receive invoices.

Driver's app

We built a driver app to allow owners to schedule pickup and delivery tasks to drivers for delivering iBAG to respective clients. We incorporated features like GPS tracking and notifications on arrival that kept everyone on the same page effortlessly.
